PRINTING AND SHIPPING TIMES
• Once submitted, processing/printing takes 2-4 business days. The day an order is submitted is not counted as a printing day.
• Packages will ship using USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (depending on size of order), which takes 1-5 business days and includes tracking.
• As the holiday season nears, printing/shipping times may increase.

What professional printing service would you recommend?
Anchored Mama Designs offers professional printing for cards and tags. This upgrade can be located in the Printing Services section of our shop. We partner with a professional printing company to provide beautifully printed products using 120 lb. Mohawk Eggshell Ultra White paper.
You can also order prints of your cards directly through Corjl. After editing your design template click "Order Prints" and you'll be directed to Prints of Love where you can order professionally printed copies of your cards. Plus you'll receive free U.S. shipping and free envelopes!
How should I download my file from Corjl for home printing?
When printing at home, I'd recommend downloading your file as a PDF and selecting the following options:
- "Print Multiples Per Page"
- "Show Trim Marks"
- "Show Bleed"
How should I download my file from Corjl for professional printing?
For most professional printing services, I recommend downloading your file as a JPG and select the following option:
- "Show Bleed"

Do you accept minor design change requests?
Absolutely! Minor design changes include altering individual small details of the design, such as the background, font, wording or color. The design change fee is $5. Please contact me if you would like to make a minor design change, and I will create a separate listing for you.
Anything major, such as changing the artwork used in the design or altering several of the minor details at once, would be considered a custom design, not a design change. Please contact me directly if you would like a custom design.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of my products, digital downloads are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
